FOUNDATION INTRODUCTION

The Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology Innovation and Development Foundation is a non-profit social charity organization established under the supervision of the Lingang New Area Management Committee of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and approved by relevant administrative management agencies in Shanghai.

Foundation Mission
To promote scientific and technological innovation and the industrialization of high-tech achievements in the Lingang New Area, guide and support various entities in carrying out scientific and technological innovation activities, facilitate the aggregation of innovation factors, and build a favorable ecosystem for sci-tech development.
Foundation Vision
In line with industrial and sector policies, we will contribute resources, ideas, and strategies to comprehensively deepen institutional and mechanistic innovations in science and technology. We aim to enhance technological innovation capabilities in industries, regional innovation development capacities, and the clustering power of innovation platforms, thereby accelerating the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Focusing on national strategic needs, we will concentrate on key development areas such as biomedicine, integrated circuits, aerospace, and artificial intelligence, fostering the growth of high-tech industries and contributing to the prosperity and advancement of scientific and technological innovation.
